Hillcrest Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time position, working five days per week, offering the opportunity to practice a combination of General Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have dermatology experience and be comfortable managing a variety of general dermatology conditions while also providing cosmetic treatments and services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and build strong, long-term relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dermatology care to patients
- Diagnose and treat a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions
- Perform skin examinations and skin cancer screenings
- Evaluate and treat common dermatologic conditions
- Perform biopsies and other minor in-office procedures
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services and treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options and personalized skincare plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Florida, or ability to obtain licensure
- Previous dermatology experience is preferred
- Experience in both General Dermatology and Cosmetics is highly preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and patient-centered environment
